As of January 2023 I am not in a position to take on new soft tissue therapy , massage or 121 Pilates clients as the diary is at capacity. There are some spaces on group Pilates classes which are booked in by email only.

£75 for the term
For all new starters a complimentary private one to one session is included with me at The Courtyard Clinic before starting the group classes. Classes are a mix of ages, abilities, men and women. If you are recovering from injury or have a medical condition get in touch to have a chat about which class would be suitable.
