Your Therapist

Hi, I’m Dee,

I started my journey into Soft Tissue Therapy & Pilates having been injured myself and wanting to learn more about the human body and to learn a hands on approach for dealing with dysfunction and pain.  I retrained in Soft Tissue Therapy graduating with a Level 5 Professional Diploma in Clinical Soft Tissue Therapy with the Oxford School of Sports Massage. Through my Pilates practice and Soft Tissue Therapy I avoided surgery on my back and regained functionality in my own body and went on to train as a Pilates Teacher with Body Control Pilates and to become a Back4Good Pilates Practitioner.
I work with clients of all ages, backgrounds and fitness levels as well as professional and recreational athletes,  my clients want to maintain their bodies and health so they can enjoy life injury free. The majority of my clients visit initially to find relief from pain or discomfort, and then become long term clients where we focus on prevention and maintenance to avoid the niggles becoming future issues.
I hold my clinic and private Pilates Studio sessions at the Courtyard Clinic Marlow on Marlow High Street, with group Pilates classes in Marlow and Hurley.
